Delete Your Kastkart Account
Effective: April 17, 2026
This page explains how Kastkart shopper account holders can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page exists so that users who have uninstalled the app or cannot access it can still exercise their deletion rights without reinstalling.
What We Hold About You
When you create a Kastkart shopper account, we may hold the following data:
- Account information — your email address, display name, and profile settings
- Activity data — videos viewed, products tapped, sellers followed, store visits, and in-store intent signals
- Conversation history — messages sent to Tap AI (our in-app shopping assistant) and N AI (our support agent)
- Preferences — notification settings, content preferences, and optional profile attributes (age group, gender)
- Location data — approximate city or neighborhood used for the Nearby feed (if permission was granted)
How to Request Deletion
Step 1 — Send a deletion request email
Email privacy@kastkart.com with the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
Include the following in your message:
- The email address registered to your Kastkart account
Step 2 — Confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
Step 3 — Deletion completed
Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
Upon fulfillment of a deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- Your activity history (video views, product taps, follows, store visits, in-store intent signals)
- Your Tap AI and N AI conversation history
- Your saved preferences and notification settings
- Your approximate location preferences
What We May Retain
Certain data may be retained after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate operational reasons:

Retained data is used only for the stated purpose and not for marketing or profiling.
