Every Kast comes with analytics at $0 cost. All seller accounts start on our Starter tier, which gives you a 7-day analytics window on views, product taps, store visits, in-store intents, watch time, and conversion rate — plus a real-time activity feed and your top videos and products.
- Growth: Extends to a 90-day analytics window with time filtering and period comparisons. Adds full demographic breakdowns (age, gender, geography, device) and repeat-visitor tracking for every Kast and product in your account.

When you want to browse by taste instead of geography, the Discover Feed personalizes Kasts from across the entire app based on what you tap and the categories you like.
Yes. Three ways to save or quickly access brands and products you like:
- Session Intents (bag icon in the top nav of the app): every product you tap during a browse session is saved with its video for easy return. Works as a guest.
- Saved Videos: bookmark any Kast to keep it in your profile.
- Subscribed Brands: subscribe to brands to see their newest Kasts in your feed.
Session Intents works by default as a guest — no account required. Create an account to save videos, subscribe to brands, and access more personalization options.
Yes. Your Nearby Feed refreshes to show brands around you wherever you go, and you can shop any brand on the platform anytime through the Discover Feed, search, or Tap AI (our personalized shopping assistant).
Every brand on Kastkart is their own business running their own store — you're never buying from an anonymous marketplace account. Sellers onboard through the Seller Dashboard, link their own product URLs, and route every tap to their own website where the purchase actually happens.
We actively monitor seller accounts and can revoke access if anything looks off. And if you ever see something that feels wrong, tap Flag Video on any Kast or report a brand from their profile — our team reviews every report.
You contact the seller directly. Purchases are made from the seller on their own site, so they handle shipping, returns, sizing, exchanges, and order questions.
You can reach sellers you've bought from through Kastkart using Contact Seller in the options menu on a brand's profile or any of their Kasts. Use Flag Video if you need to report an issue with a brand or video to our support team.
Here's what we collect and why.
As a guest: your location, so we can show you nearby brands. Basic activity (what you tap) to power features like Session Intents during your browse. No account required to use the app.
With an account: also your email, any profile info you add, preferences you opt into (like department categories for personalized recommendations), and the activity behind features like Saved Videos and Subscribed Brands.
We don't sell your data. When you tap through to a brand's site to buy, you're on their site under their privacy policy from that point. Full details in our privacy policy.
